Translated from Polish

I met Marta for a year and it brought a lot of good changes in my life. I understand better why I sometimes felt a lot of sadness, anger and depression and I learned how to deal with these experiences. It was a real process of healing and discovering a real self. I also learned how to strengthen what is good in my life and simply take care of myself in the world. My relationships have improved and I have strengthened the resources which I use at work. Marta played a big role in it and I admire her knowledge, professionalism, kindness, caring and openness. When friends or acquaintances ask me if I know a good psychologist, the answer is always the same: Marta Dudzińska.

I started therapy in August 2016. It was not an easy decision, I had no contact with therapists before. Today I know that I chose well. I felt understood and listened, although it was not easy to talk about my problems. Marta Dudzińska is a person who likes their patients, referring to them with respect, calmness and full understanding. I came to each session without fear. I went out with a smile. I have learned methods that allow me to deal with problems also when I’m no longer in therapy. I also received assurance that I can count on help at any time. I recommend my therapist.

Marta is a great person. Not only did she help me to understand myself better, but she showed that I can change myself and manager to do it. My therapy, although short, was really successful. Therapy sessions were conducted in a professional, pleasant and friendly atmosphere! I heartily recommend it.

The therapy of my depression went well. I know how I can deal with myself thanks to the techniques I've learned. Thank you for professional help, kindness, motivating me and faith in the possibility of change, which I was often losing.
